1. Who we sell to
We sell to businesses only: workshops, dealers, retailers, mills, factories and other trade buyers. We do not sell to individual consumers through this website.
2. Quotes and prices
- Prices are not shown on the website. We send a quote based on brand, size and quantity.
- A quote is valid for [X] days, or until stock lasts, whichever is earlier.
- Prices may change if the brand changes its rates before your order is confirmed.
3. Orders
- An order is confirmed once we accept it in writing, by email or WhatsApp.
- Minimum order: [MOQ, or “no minimum”].
- Special or non-stock sizes ordered for you cannot be cancelled once we place them with the supplier.
4. Taxes and invoices
Applicable taxes are charged extra unless the quote says otherwise. Every order comes with a proper tax invoice. Please share your business tax details when you order so we can bill correctly.
5. Payment
- New customers: [full advance / part advance] before dispatch.
- Regular customers: credit of [X] days by prior agreement.
- Accepted modes: [bank transfer, UPI, cheque].
6. Delivery
- Goods are dispatched from Shuklaganj, Unnao. You can collect them or we can send them to [DELIVERY AREA].
- Transport and packing charges are [included / extra], as stated in the quote.
- Once goods are handed to your transporter or courier, they travel at your risk.
- Delivery times are estimates and depend on stock and transport.
7. Checking goods
Please check the goods when they arrive. Report any shortage, wrong item or visible damage within [X] days with photos and the invoice number.
8. Returns
- Unused belts in their original packing can be returned within [X] days of delivery, with prior approval.
- Belts that have been fitted or used, or were specially ordered, cannot be returned.
- Approved returns are settled by [replacement / credit note / refund]. Return transport is [paid by buyer / shared].
9. Product warranty
We are a dealer, not the manufacturer. Any warranty on a belt is the manufacturer’s warranty. We will help you raise a claim with the brand where one applies. Belts damaged by wrong fitting, wrong size, worn pulleys or misuse are not covered.
10. Limits and disputes
Our liability for any order is limited to the invoice value of the goods concerned. Any dispute is subject to the courts at [Unnao, Uttar Pradesh].
